Co-founder, President, and board member of Kiavi, one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs) and largest lender to individuals and investors flipping homes. Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping our customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. With over 400 employees and $200M raised, Kiavi is well on its way to help achieve its mission.

Founder and CEO of Two Bridges Real Estate, a fund raised to invest in hundreds of single-family residential rental properties in Las Vegas and Atlanta. Raised funds from HNWI and family offices, provided high quality homes for renters (including many Section 8 families) and completed fund with attractive net IRR for investors.

Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Colony American Homes (now part of Invitation Homes NYSE: INVH), one of the first and largest single family REITs building a large pool of ~20,000 single family residential homes across the United States. Lead acquisitions for the first 6,500 homes and helped build out early tech systems, analytics, modeling, and integrations with third parties, property management, and construction.

Senior Vice President at First Republic Bank. While there, I co-led Eagle Lending, which was focused on acquiring a younger clientele through innovative lending products. I also had oversight for the Pacific Northwest. Was on the bank's Executive Forum of senior leaders and presented regularly to the Board of Directors.

Currently a Venture Partner at Navitas Capital, a leading venture capital firm focused on transformative innovation and technology applied to the built world (real estate, construction, property management, utilities, financing, and all the other areas that tangentially touch this)
Formerly a private equity investor at Colony Capital focused both on real estate and esoteric special situations like casinos, film libraries, and more.
Started my career in Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, advising companies on M&A, IPOs, defense strategy, debt and equity financing, capital structure, international expansion, and more.
Investing, advising, and taking board roles with startups over the past 10 years, primarily in the Proptech and Fintech areas (see here).
